This is my current gear. Pentax K20D, Nodal Ninja 3 MKII on the Benro A-298 n6 tripod.
 

This is the Pentax K100D with the home made panorama head on a 30 year old tripod. I could use the panorama head both with the 18-55mm kit lens and the fish-eye without making any modifications to it.
 

 

This is my old panorama setup consisting of a Pentax Optio 60 compact camera and some bits and pieces from a flash rail, an angled piece of metal from the hardware store plus some parts manufactured from aluminum using a hack-saw and a power drill. All panoramas from before September 2006 were photographed with this setup.
